Post Operative Rehab

Post operative rehab refers to the structured and specialized rehabilitation process that our physical therapist will implement after the patient has undergone a surgical procedure. The goal of postoperative rehabilitation is to facilitate the patient's recovery, promote healing, restore function, and ultimately improve the patient's quality of life after surgery. The key components of postoperative rehabilitation include pain management, early mobilization, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional activities, gradual progression, patient education, communication with the surgical team, and psychosocial support.
